Dr. Kenny Rager to help church leaders identify and implement next steps for their ministry. Church leaders schedule a one on one 45 minute to an hour call with Kenny. Proven coaching methods and a biblical worldview are used to help the leader identify their next step in ministry and practical steps to fulfill it. “I’m Kenny Rager, certified through Coach Approach Ministries (CCLC) and serving as Lead Pastor of 12 Stones Baptist in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. I help pastors and ministry leaders of smaller to mid-size churches clarify their next step—through guided one-on-one coaching, group interaction, and ministry-focused training. Kenny has a heart for the church: The normative size church in the United States is 70 people. The majority of churches are less than 200 people! Kenny believes that the small and mid-size church can grow with biblical, innovative, and Spirit led leadership. Kenny wants to encourage pastors not to give up but to seek out the next step for their church. Coaching is a great way for the pastor of the normative to mid-size church (and larger) to discover their next steps. Revival is possible because nothing is impossible with God.
How does it work?

Book a session with Kenny. The call will utilize zoom and will last 45 minutes to one hour. Kenny will help you work through a ministerial issue. Go to the registration page and secure a coaching call. A calendar link will then be sent to you to choose from a variety of times. A single coaching session is often helpful for gaining perspective or processing a specific issue. However, real progress usually happens over time. Four sessions allow space to identify deeper challenges, clarify direction, and work through practical next steps with intention and accountability.
